Toyota rush - weak acceleration

I took my car " toyota rush" to be checked at melrose delearship since it didn't have power when l was driving by the uphill, l was informed by the dealer that this is a common problem for toyota rush and that they don't have the part. I took my car in on the 28 Nov 22, till today my car is still at the delear. The delearship told me they had ordered the part from overseas since they don't have stock in south africa. It's been a month and now going to 2023 my car is still at the dealership. Why does toyota sell cars with problems and still fail to have sufficient stock. I'm really not happy with the service l recieved from totoya, The last time they spoke with me was on the 12 Dec informing me that the part will arrive between the 20th Dec to the 29th. I've done my research and found that this guy has one common problem that was reported in 2020 "14 Dec 2020 — One of the most common complaints among car owners about the Toyota Rush is the weak acceleration"

It's really quite dissapointing and frusting not to my car for whole monthof december, l couldn't even visit home because of the incompetence of this delearship and toyota as whole.
