Toyota roadside assistance a joke

My husband is driving a new Hilux that his company bought in nov 2016. He does approx 7000 km per month travelling to all mines in SA and Namibie. Today we drove to the mall 10km from our hometown. When he tried to reverse into a parking, he could not get the bakkie in gear. The clutch was stucked. He switched off the bakkie and released the clutch manually. On our way back it happened at every robot or stop. As he needs to travel again on monday morning at five, i phoned roadside assistance without any luck then customer service but again no interest was shown from them. Not one person ask our locoation, name, bakkie details. Nothing at all. Needless to say we now have to try and sort out a rental car at own cost. Buying a R500 000 does not change anything. This is not a happy customer Toyota.
