Toyota risking my life !!!!!

I bought a brand new Toyota Vitz and I have been experiencing issue after issue . Everything I press on the brake my car makes a big loud noise which had to go back to the dealership about 3 times to find the fault , as it is a new vehicle I shouldn't be experiencing any type of issues. Second issue my while I put my car in reverse my car programs itself into Neural and comes to an automatic stop . This is Soo dangerous as this has been happening to my on four ways stops and robots!!!! And puts me under extreme pressure . Lastly while reversing on uneven surfaces my car wants to roll forward and on Friday the 16/01/26 I almost ended up getting into an accident due to my car going over the parking bay which was going to land up onto oncoming traffic . Toyota you can't playing with a person life !!!! I don't expect to have a new vehicle with major issues like this .
