Toyota refusing to repair my car under warranty

I took my car in to Halfway Toyota in Fourways due to warning lights that were coming on. They called me and told me the problem is my Turbo that needs to be replaced and the cost is almost R27 000.00 and it should be covered by the warranty and the warranty is refusing to pay for it as I missed 40 000km service.<br> <br> I told them that is not true as I never miss service, I acknowledged that I might be late bringing the car in for service but never missed service. They insisted that I never took my car in and this to me was really a surprise and I was quite shocked. I continued telling them I never miss service, I told them the only thing i'm guilty of is bringing the car late for service but I never miss service.<br> <br> they told me there is nothing they can do unless I produce proof that the car was brought in when it was due for service, I then escalated the matter to the manager.<br> <br> I obviously did not have proof as I never keep my service invoices for any of the service as my car is still under motor plan and warranty, however I did mention that my book was not stamped when they did the follow up call after I took it in for service but I was told it can be stamped anytime. need mo
