Toyota Rav 4 NOT a 60 litre tank

I purchased a demo 2014 Rav 4 VX AWD 2.5L Petrol Automatic from Barloworld Centurion in Nov. The salesman told me it is a 60L tank.<br> I took the vehicle to the Natal. The most we got out of the tank was 480km. then we only got 45-46L EVERY TIME! I discussed it with toyota in The Willows when it went for a service. They said they had reset all the gauges but if I was still unhappy I could bring it back as the manual shows it is a 60L tank. I called Toyota South Africa. They also assured me it is a 60L tank but said I must take it to a dealer to check. Barloworld said I could go to any dealer as it is still in warranty. Willows took the vehicle. Kept it for a full day and showed me proof (photos) that the tank is in fact 45L. I went back to Barloworld who called in Toyota South Africa. After having my vehicle for 3.5 hrs I was called to collect and Robbie Geere from Toyota SA said it is a 62L tank & spun me a story about reserve tank only kicking in AFTER petrol light is on and cruise range is zero as a safety mechanism. Toyota Willows have confirmed WITH PROOF that is is 45L, however Barloworld have NO proof for me whatsoever except for a petrol slips from another DIESEL RAV.
