Toyota Quantum in for Diff Repairs-Extended Warran

Took my van in end Feb for sound on Diff. Workshop Foreman confirmed there is a problem but needs to be opened. Booked van in 3rd March 2015. Toyota sent van to GearMax Parow to fix. Debated with Toyota halfway that Warrantee should cover. Toyota advises if busy packing up Warrantee wont cover unless completed packed up. Contacted Toyota Warrantee - told opposite - if busy packing up means its damaged! then disputed if Warrantee should cover repair as 2 services 100000km and 110000 km service done at a different workshop other than Toyota as Toyota halfway serviced up to 90000km in service plan. I took it to another workshop as Toyotas cost for normal oil change service was exorbitant, although the 40000km and 80000km service where gearbox and diff oil changed happened at Toyota Ottery they would not want to cover repairs of this damage which amounted to R11500 at the time. Eventually they advised they will cover parts but not labour.I have been calling all 3 parties almost on a daily basis and realised the lack of communication amongst them. Parts was supposedly sent by Toyota Ottery to Gearmax on 27th March. Called hem today only to be told the Crown wheel and pinion was not sen
