Toyota promise???

I recently decided to buy a secondhand car and looked on the automark website back by toyota genuine guarantee. I found a vehicle and logged a request, I was sent a message back to say that a toyota sales rep will contact me soon. Waited a few days and nothing. I looked again on the website and found another car i liked. Same story a toyota salerep will ne in contact with me shortly. Just as well I did not hold my breath. Few days later I visited the branch website and found a messenger link. I sent a message on messenger and get a message back with a phone number indicating I should contact Freddy from steckels toyota. I did so only to find voicemail again and again. I sent another message requesting more information about the vehicle. No response, it's been a week now. Service like this puts toyota in a bad light. Get your act together toyota
