Toyota Pretoria Noord & Toyota SA

If it was possible I would give them a negative rating. My dad’s car was towed to Toyota Pretoria Noord on the 19th January 2025 after it couldn’t start. They had to replace the ignition. Almost 6 months later, his car is gathering dust at the dealership without any communication from Toyota. We followed up with Toyota SA, they just give us different reference numbers and did nothing. We spoke to a lady called Prudence who was very rude and not helpful at all. He is a pensioner, this is very frustrating to him. I wouldn’t recommend Toyota to family and friends.
