Toyota Postmasburg

Not happy, Toyota Postmasburg serviced our company vehicle (as they always do) and lost the service booklet, now they want us to find the services history info and purchase a new book....seriously are they that stupid to not own this mistake and then to top it all up still pull an attitude towards us??? We only have Toyota's and will always only buy them, but this BS is incompetence to a next level and makes us look elsewhere!
