TOYOTA poor service !
Hi ToyotaSA . I’m here by to understand how Toyota treats their customers !
I have a Toyota Starlet which was bought 2020 , only been serviced once and still within warranty. It so happened that the car remote stopped working , I took the car to the dealership in Honeydew on April 30th and till now my car is not fixed . I was not even given a courtesy car in the interim while they try to figure out how to repair it but at this point they are failing . As a customer what is expected of me with such treatment yet I’m still paying ? All Im asking for is justice !

20 May 2022, 11:44Even today I am still waiting for Toyota Honeydew to do something about this , its like I am not being heard of my grievances.. Its been full 3 weeks now , heading to a full month without a car but I am paying my installments . I cant be spending the same amount on Uber because of Toyota being *********** . All I need is just fairness and justice , while you are fixing my car provide transportation for me or a courtesy car atleast .
