toyota parts, long wait

waiting weeks for parts from Toyota. Claim approved by insurer and sent for repairs, however now I have to wait an additional 2 weeks for an ABS sensor? that would take the total time of repair to almost 2 months? Ridiculous that a brand like Toyota don't have these parts available immidiately
