Toyota / No Service??? What a joke

So, I would like to find out, how is it possible for a Big Company like Toyota not to have stock on Parts. I purchased a new Toyota Corolla Cross in 2022 and had an accident in October Last year. My Car's been standing at the Panel Beater since May 2024 and still no stock, what is happening, how do you advertise new vehicles and you can't supply the parts when needed? And as per the Panel Beater they can't give me a date on when the parts will arrive???
