Toyota no longer dependable and service levels dropped to below par

Sent my vehicle for major repair (clutch kit) at the Durban South dealership and within one-year warranty period (inclusive of prescription not running during lock-down) my starter motor broke off due to one bolt not replaced/secured during their service. Sent it back for warranty repair and within a couple of months I have noise on the clutch and the position it engages is quite unusual compared to my other Toyota. Dealership refuses to fix their botched work as a warranty repair and urged me to escalate this matter to Toyota South Africa implying that they will do nothing about it.
