Toyota Motorplan / Installed an Aftermarket Camera on New Vehicle

I took my car in for a service under motorplan at Hyde Park Toyota. After the service they told me that they cannot repair the number plate light as it was damaged due to a fitting of an aftermarket reverse camera. This reverse camera was fitted when the car was bought new from Imperial Toyota in Bedfordview. 1. I thought you could get your car serviced by any Toyota when serviced under motorplan but it seems they will only fix certain things. 2. I was not aware that you need to drive to a specific dealership. 3. I was told by Toyota Hyde Park that the service manager would call but no follow up. 4. I was also not aware that the camera is an aftermarket camera as this was not shared when the car was bought new and I did not know this would create any issues with the light. 5. I am not happy that Toyota have installed a camera that has caused damages/ problems to the light on the number plate.
