Toyota Motorplan

I have been using the Toyota Motoroplan. After the first 150 000KM services I extended my Motorplan Contract to another 30months which was R327.00. The 30months were completed, and relevant payments were made. I went on to extend to another 30months, the Motorplan started to debit 2times, the initial R327 and a R319. I called to enquire about this and I was told that I am still paying for the previous Motorplan because my premium did not cover the expenses of the previous motor plan which I was not informed about.
