Toyota Malanda

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, they did not have the service book on hand but advertised as full service history, currently i have a partial service history. The manager does not communicate quickly completely and effiecently and has not taken responsibility of the mistake in full, thus I am suffering the consequences
