Toyota Kroonstad goes the extra mile

<p>On the way back home to Johannesburg we broke down. We were towing a caravan and both car and caravan were deliverd to Toyota Kroonstad. It was friday afternoon at 4:30 when they first looked at the car. After working on it in the hopes of fixing the car, straight away, they realized they needed an additional part that would only be available on the monday. They went out of their way to help us.</p> <p>1. They provided a place for us to stay while we waited for a lift back to JHB</p> <p>2. They provided a place for us to park the caravan.</p> <p>3. They sorted out a problem with our fridge on the Monday.</p> <p>4. Finished fixing our car on Monday afternoon</p> <p>5. We were able to fetch the car and caravan on Tuesday.</p> <p>In a society where there is no service it is refreshing to deal with a company who shows care.</p> <p> </p>
