Toyota is horrible

Bought a vehicle via Motus Toyota Bedfordview in August 2023. to date i have not received my parcel protector despite contacted salesman Mario De Sousa and his manager ****hlyn Govender, despite mails indicating they made an error delivering a vehicle WITHOUT a parcel protector. i enquired with my salesperson and all he did was refer me to his manager, NO DUTY OF CARE whatsoever. atrocious service

I would strongly recommend vehicle consumers use a different dealership and brand, maybe they will will receive far better treatment and respect
