TOYOTA HYDE PARK AND FOURWAYS REFUSE TO FIX VEHICLE SINCE 10 DECEMBER 2019
We have had our Prado at Hyde Park Toyota due to damage of the engine since 10 December 2019. We have resorted to litigation and have paid 1000's in legal fees. we were promised by Koos that the vehicle would be repaired by end of February 2020, some three months later, on attending at their dealership for the umpteenth time today, we were told that it will be a priority, this was again another excuse for apathy and the their dealership for the umpteenth time today, we were told that it will be a priority, this was again another excuse for apathy and the inability to provide service. Our dear little car is sitting in their factory literally rotting, and they have no interest in fixing it.

I have since the 10 December 2019 had to use lifts, pool cars, family members and UBER to move

We have no other way to get their attention but to name and shame which is certainly not the correct way, but I hate been **** to and this is what Hyde park and Fourways have done. I have been taking my vehicle to Toyota dealership and more specifically fourways since 2008 and this is how I am treated. I regret purchasing a vehicle from HYDE PARK and should have given other dealerships (not fourways) the opportunity to get the deal. Let’s see what reaction we will get based on our "squeaky wheel approach" Debra
