Toyota honeydew

Took my car for a service at Toyota honeydew the 14th of Dec , I dropped off my car with 4 rubber mats ,they recorded only two,when I realised my mats were missing the next day I called them and got no assistance at all,was told the manager would call me and it would be up to his discretion to buy me new mats, received no acknowledgment or call from anyone. Very disappointing and disheartening that they ***** our belongings,Toyota honeydew ,Wouldn't recommend!!!!!!
