Toyota Hilux - front disk brakes

Toyota Hilux 2.8 DC - front disk brakes defect - POOR OWNERSHIP BY OEM Toyota has a latent defect on the above model which has now become the clients problem. Every time the vehicle shudders, the owner would need to take it in to a dealer to have the front disks skimmed. Further, after the first/ second skimming, the owner would need to pay for the above. WHY?? This is a TOYOTA problem and not the customer. Why was this NOT disclosed when the vehicle was being purchased?

Why is TOYOTA not replacing the defective part as opposed to making the owner run around?

SUPER disappointed owner - and super poor customer service by TOYOTA SA.

Note - an email was sent to TOYOTA SA in December with a promise that I would be contacted. Another shocking example of great customer service.
