Toyota Gezina ****** me

Bought a new car from toyota Gezina , spend over R600000 and traded my old car in , I suppose to get R61000 returned to me from my trade in and only got R14000 why am I being ****** , secondly they settled my old car but instalment still went off and can’t show me settlement documents , can someone at toyota sa please sort out your Gezina branch , worst experience ever buying a car Ebrahim Jeeva
