Toyota Fortuner spare wheel lock

<p> We are driving our 3rd new fortuner. The new fortuner has a lock system on the spare wheel. We thought that it is safe and won't be ******. It was ****** off and almost R7000 later with labour to replace we heard to make it safe addional R1100 we can make it more difficult to be ****** and safer. Why does Toyota SA not fit this standard on the spare wheel? Toyota makes profit out of all the ****** spare wheels...</p>
