Toyota Fortuner Radio

<p>my 2015 Toyota Fortuner Radio broke. Went to East Rand Toyota they promptly orderd me a 'NEW' Radio which was fitted last week. The supposedly new Radio couldn't connect to my phone and I found to phones linked to the system none of them mine. Back to the dealers yesterday ehere they tried to no Avail. Was told they will order another Radio. Upon speaking to the service manager this morning I have discovered that Toyota recondition/ repair the radios under warranty YOU DON'T GET A NEW ONE!!!. This vwehicle is over R400 000 come on Toyota you replace warranty items with used parts!!!!!!! This is not acceptable under the consumer protection act we are protected under the 3 R's REPAIR, REPLACE OR REFUND It is the customers option. Totally disguted with this</p>
