Toyota extended Guarantee

Bad experience on my Toyota Prado. I have an gearbox problem on my Prado at 197000km. I bought an extended toyota guarantee to 250000km on the vehicle. Toyota don't want to give me and rental car and they told me that the parts will take 21 days to be imported. I am a Toyota fan but this is not how you treat customers
