Toyota Etois

I would like to share my experience with Toyota Umhlanga Durban. I have a Toyota Etois 2020 year model, that was purchased brand new from Toyota Durban South. Last year around September 2021 I realised my sub axile is rusted quiet bad. And that unusual for a brand new car that was still under a year old. I had brought this to Toyota Umhlanga attention on 28 December 2021 when it went for service. They had not given me feedback till I had called them after a month and I had spoken to Sagie who called me on 21 February 2022 to say they can't do anything regards to the rust as it's wear and tear. He really was not helpful, did not know what to call the part, till I told him. How is that wear and tear? Especially for a brand new car? Car is not even two years old, hardly been driven around. Why is there rust? My dad has the exact same car and that car is 5 years old but has no rust! So why does my car that is still fairly brand new has rust.
