Toyota Ermelo BAD CLIENT SERVICE

My mom took her car there for service and to repair an alternator on the 7th of December 2022. She did not receive any communication on the vehicle until we called on Monday to ask and we were told that they are waiting for a certain car part - that was on Monday 12/12/2022 then it was dead again. I called again this morning 20/12/2022 to enquire about the car, the guy I spoke too was very RUDE and when I told him that his being rude and need to know to to communicate, he told me the car is fixed I can come fetch it in a very loud rude tone ( meaning if I didn’t call this morning we were not going to be informed about the car being fixed).
