Toyota Edenvale poor customer service

I purchased a vehicle from Toyota Edenvale in Johannesburg, a day after delivery it started giving me problems I notified them and they since ordered the faulty part from the 5th of February 2024, the car started giving me more problems that were of safety concern, still I notified them and they had promised to attend to the matter urgently and they never did. The vehicle is registered as a second hand yet I had purchased a brand new vehicle. The dealership has no customer service at all, I am the one follow-ups and they are not assisting in anyway. I now want my money back and they can keep their faulty car back! Worst customer service ever.
