TOYOTA DURBAN NORTH(POOR SERVICE)

I have been sold a Toyota Etios in November 2019 it was brand new, and was given 30ks Service plan on a new car, in January it was far less than 10ks when I took it for Service in February I was advised the car is 16ks,and I have forfeited my 20k free service now I must bring it at 30ks, but my service book says I should return it at 20ks Toyota Durban north I will never refer any1 to you, Toyota as a Whole 30ks on a Brand new car? other company's are giving 100ks free service....
