Toyota Duiwelskloof service PATHETIC

I booked my car in for a service at Toyota Duiwelskloof (Modjadjiskloof) The sms said 06:00, and it’s now 07:00 and we are all standing in front of the closed doors. This is ridiculous - do you think I have time for this? I actually work for a living, and I am late now for SEVERAL IMPORTANT MEETINGS - this is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
