Toyota doesnt want my business

Good day Toyota,<br> From a person in the retail service industry, I am actually shocked at the level of service I have received from the Toyota brand in the last 3 weeks. Forcing me to now log a second complaint with the hopes that it will reach someone who is willing to assist or shares the same passion for service as I do. I currently own a BMW 2007 320i A/T (E90) with mileage 95500 settlement R123000 which I purchased from McCarthy Toyota Midrand and I am looking to trade in for a 2015 Toyota Corrolla 1.3 Prestige (new shape) for a max price of R235000. This dealership failed to even disclose to me that there was respray on the vehicle and now I am been given low valuations because of this. When raised with the dealership, I got a sob story about how you purchase second hand cars as is from the DP. I took the car for a valuation to them and the sales manager confirmed respray on the car and advised that he has experience of over 14 years so maybe the valuator didn't pick it up.
