Toyota doesn't have a 90000km/ 5year service plan

I took my Toyota Prado for a service 14th of October, I was told I need to pay, its out of service plan.
I refused, vehicle is less than 5 years and less than 90 000km.

Imperial Nelspruit:

60,000 KM 60000 Skipped Service
70,000 KM 74868 NTT Toyota Barberton 2012/05/24
80,000 KM 71155 Imperial Toyota Nelspruit 2013/08/14
90,000 KM 81882 Imperial Toyota Nelspruit 2014/09/30

(see the 2013/08/14 km was 3713km LESS than in 2012/05/24)
How does a car have LESS km 15 months later ?

I then called Toyota South-Africa careline and talked to Zenobia, she confirmed that report, emailed it to me confirming the car did loose 3713km.
I then emailed her to explain how a car can lose mileage, her response:

Apologies for the incorrect dates, please see the below:
70 000km servie was done at 62 142km
80 000km service was done at 71 155km
90 000km service was done at 81 882km.
The dealership will inform you when your vehicle is ready for collection.

^^^see the pattern ?, 60k service wasn't skipped

She confirmed via telephone that there was a fault on you system but she refuse to put it on email she also stated that it might have been a human error by the dealer.

Still waiting for a response
