service from the branch in East London has been nothing short mediocre. My sister's car went in for service on the 20th August, to date the car is not back. A part needs to be replaced but nobody knows when the part will be delivered. No plan has been made for us to have a car so long, saying we are inconvenienced would be an understatement. Wrote on their Facebook wall on Friday, they responded and asked for contacts and said some would call me shortly, to date I have not recieved a call.
