Toyota dealers sell cars which were previously involved incident

I bought second hand car 2.4gD6 double cap. The sales person didn’t inform me with full car history. The as I drive it I discover that the car was involved in incident and the body was panel built. I raised mechanical issues including power steering power which was not working as well as nocking sound in the gearbox and I was dismissed the manager. Still today am not happy
