Toyota Customer Care - POOR SERVICE

Been trying for days now to get the Toyota App vehicle over to my name. I have been to the dealership and called the call centre in which know one answers. I then email the Toyota customer care line and was promised a call back from the APP department but STILL NOTHING - this was over a week ago!?! Coming from a German brand, this service is mediocre and you can see that you dealing is with a sub-par brand that only relies on past 'reliability' and zero service.
