Toyota Corrolla quest, toyota welkom and toyota Rustenburg is the worst

In 2018 i bought a 2017 demo toyota corrolla quest feom rustenburg branch. In the meantime i moved to Welkom. Car still being under service plan they (welkom branch) tell me on 30 000km my breaks at the back need to be replaced.

After a long hard fight it was settled that Rustenburg would pay for it as the car went through a 53 point check and wasnt noticed that i have a broblem with the breaks.

On to the next service at 45 000km. Welkom toyota tells me again my breaks need to be replaced. After 15 000km??? Once again after speaking to Toyota SA it was settled that they would replace the parts and i pay the labour as breaks are actually wear and tear.

Now on 60 000km i hear big noices at the back. So with the car being out of its service plan i decided to do self inspection. The breaks are finished again. Really. Every 15000km????????

So i take the wheels of and see that the car permanently runs with the breaks on. Something i mentioned to them to look at and the said that it is not the problem. How can a car go through a set of breakpads and disks every 15000km???

I will be in contact with the ombutsman as no one wants to listen to suggestions and once i have clarification from the ombutsman i will continue to fight this manufacturing problem that not any toyota could identify.

When i bought the car i had so much trust in Toyota... Now.... I will never buy Toyota ever again as the customer service is up to **** and the simply wont admit that they are at fault or try to assist in solving the problem
