Toyota Corrolla Factory fault

Good morning

I have been complaining about a factory fault on my Toyota Corrolla 2.0 XR CVT, for three years at Toyota Centurion where I service the car, but the dealership extended the warranty believing that would solve the problem.

The engine vibrates so badly at idle (650rpm), that the hold vehicle shakes so instantly that you see the seats shaking and it gets worse with time. I reported it to customer care as they call me back for feedback from every service.

If you Toyota SA do not solve the problem, I am taking a YouTube video and placing it on the social media, as you do nothing about this issue. They sampled 3 vehicles and have the same fault. I have own this vehicle the longest in SA hence I know this is not normal.

I have reported it from the first service and nothing is done.

They keep ignoring my emails.
