Bad Experience with Toyota East London, where the car was towed and stayed in for a week or more for a mechanical issue, when receiving the car, it was dirty, and they didn't care to clean the car. 1st time experiencing this in the Toyota dealerships. when collecting on the weekend keys were with the security guards. if proof is needed I have it, and the service adviser was bad in communication. The car was dirty os should I say it was the way I sent it.

Also with the mechanical issue fixed, only one coil pack was changed and yet if one had a fault why don't replace all.
