Toyota Brakpan - terrible customer service

My car has recently needed to be serviced and I called the Toyota Brakpan branch as it is closer to work. I called for 1 week straight trying to book my car in for a service and the line kept on cutting. I called from my landline and my cellphone just to ensure that the issue is not on my side and still no response from them. Eventually I gave the receptionist my contact details and told her to pass it onto the service consultant which never called me back. A week later I eventually get hold of them and they inform me about the shuttle service no longer operating due to covid. I am highly upset as I could arranged for my own transport a week ago had they had answered their phones but now I don't have anyone that can assist me with transport and my mileage is going up daily. This is really an inconvenience especially for a big company like Toyota.
