Toyota Bad Service

My Name is Xoliswa Sogwagwa (NCW 20036) I took my toyota Rav4 due to fuel gauge problem in April 2020 at Toyota Kokstad, I am quite dissatisfied with the service of Toyota Kokstad as I know I bought a Toyota for its name which stands for strength, reliable, tough, and focuses on Driver satisfaction but Kokstad Toyota let me down a lot, the reason of my dissatisfaction is I have a Problem with the Fuel Gauge which i made an appointment with Kokstad Toyota, and they called me and told me they fixed the problem, as i drove from Kokstad same problem persisted, I visited twice with the same problem, on my third visit for the same problem they promised to change something, But it is still doing the same thing, Toyota Kokstad is taking my Patience for granted, if this persists i will not recommend Toyota to anyone. I hope they realize what I am going through and how it impacts my daily work due to this problem, i can not travel far due to this problem, I had to hire a car to travel long distances, I do not see any means of owning a Toyota.
