TOYOTA ARE USELESS

I have been trying since last week to take out a maintenance plan on my Toyota Supra. Despite it being listed as a product on the Toyota website, as well as their owners app, it is impossible to be assisted. No amount of calls to Customer Services, Toyota dealerships, Toyota South Africa or Toyota Financial Services yields any results. The service has been atrocious to say the least... it's the old case of "We have your money, here is where we get off"...Toyota, this is disgusting service!!! I should have stuck to the brand I knew!!!
