Toyota and their empty promises

I purchased a Toyota starlet last year 2021 in October. Drove the car for only 7 months before it broke down this year April 14th. The car was taken to Bidverst McCarthy Toyota Lynnwood til today July 11 I still do not have a car. It has been one story after another. I stay in Pretoria East and work in Hammanskraal (124 km daily trip). For almost 4 months I've had to use lifts and public transport to go to work when I am paying every month for a car that I do not use. I've been very understanding because the KZN floods might have caused the delays but it's been way too long and I cannot take it anymore. I've run out of patience. They won't even offer a courtesy car. Worst experience ever. Never again will I buy a Toyota. As soon as it's back I am trading it and never again.
