Toyota 86 on fire.. Toyota declines responsibility

New Toyota 86.20 2015 model caught fire while driven and there was no notification on the computer box to warn me as driver, therefore nearly died inside cause the flame were in the engine. the car is currently has 14000 km and still under warranty. previously its battery was replaced. and the registering document came with a debt fee. it been over two months without a car and paying my instalment and Toyota is declining my claim saying it not a product fault. am verbal told about their findings that a foreign object attached itself to my car and they say for me to access the Fire expert report form it will cost me R20 000. my insurance insist on repairing the of which they have not identified the cause of the fire. am being undermined and treated unfairly. Toyota has to replace my car under warranty.
