Towbar installation delay/utterly poor services

So April 2022 i paid/order a towbar(with installation) for my Toyota Corolla Quest! Car has been to Toyota Bethlehem three times already, each time they order the wrong 'wiring harness'. Called them numerous times and stil no new information on when I'll receive the part so they can finish the installations.

The last time i received my car back, it was full of greasy hand marks on the back bumper also a few of the plastic clips were missing keeping the bumper intact.

Been a month now with no feed back from the Car Dealers on when I'll get my ****** Towbar installed!!!

Going to 4 months to get a Towbar from Toyota, ridiculous, with no customer service keeping the client s informed!!!
