This is truly your worst fear when buying a car

Good day I bought a used "2010 Bmw 320i" from Carnival Toyota last year October .About 2 weeks after taking delivery I started to realise that the vehicle is machanically problematic and amongst other things has a bad oil and water leak and sometimes emits smoke from the exhaust when revving the engine.I contacted the salesman and asked him if I can bring the vehicle in to have this very serious issue's looked at but he refused to assist. I then informed him that due to the fact that I have purchased several vehicles in the past it is my understanding that as per law the dealership will fix any issues that the vehicle was purchased with for six months after the purchase was made . He however still refused to assist . I proceded to lay a complaint on Toyota's website and was contacted back by Kabo Modisane from Toyota South Africa who refered me to the sales manager who had the vehicle collected to be repaired .However when I got the vehicle back it was still losing oil and water and the other issues are still there.I immediately informed him and he advised that it will be sorted in the new year but he never came back to me .When I finally contacted them they informed me that Toyota will not be sorting out these issues which means not only was I **** to and the car is still not fixed, THE MACHANICAL PROBLEMS THAT CARNIVAL TOYOTA TRADED THIS CAR IN WITH IS NOW MY PROBLEM ,In the 5 months i've had this car I've spent hundereds of rands on oil ,the faults that Carnival Toyota bought this car with cant be made my problem ,Carnival Toyota should have checked it before buying it from whoever they bought it from .Last time I checked there we're laws that protected consumers against this type of practice. I've since sent both the sales manager at Carnival Toyota and Kabo Modisane e-mails and they've been flat out ignoring me. I am now at my wits end and after 5months I don't know what to do anymore ,unless someone from Toyota sees this message and comes to my rescue I am going to have to go the legal route and try and undo the deal between myself and Toyota and yes I will be taking this issue to every local news paper ,radio station or television program that is willing to listen to me ,people need to know what they are getting themselves into when buying a car from a Toyota dealership. At this point (after 5 months of struggling with these people mxm) the only way that I will be satisfied is if this vehicle is taken to a registered BMW dealership to have the oil and water leaks checked out and to be checked for any other faults because the people Toyota use can't fix the leaks and clearly Toyota's Automark check is a bunch of ******* that is not even worth the paper its printed on. And can someone please tell me how a vehicle with a bad oil leak managed to get a road worthy certificate ,looks to me like some serious *******ities happened here ,please help ,help ,help
