They lost or stole my service book!

So i bought the car from Thekwini Toyota West Street but service is done at their branch in Moore Road, firstly first time i went there for service it was the 45000 km, they called me to tell me that one of their guys smashed the car into the gate...like this happens when you take your dent free car for a service, so that was that they sorted it out but still very alarming, now went again for the 60000km service in september, so yesterday i thought let me check out my service book i keep it in the dashboard like no one would remove it for what...only they touch it when they do the service, it wasnt there i said let me call them to find out, Lenor one of their consultants said that she will find out and get back to me, so she does now with a story that i have never had a service book and they have it in their records that i havent had one, how was i going to buy a car without one...i have no idea what ***** can be done since my service book is ******, they always say that i need to fix this and that with the car anyways to get money out of me, they are ****** and very *********** in their work, service is appauling if you take your car in and lose important stuff, BEWARE OF THEM!
