They know what customer service is

I really have to commend Steven and the team from Rand Stadium Toyota. They helped us remedy what was at first a very painful set of circumstances. A year ago my wife bought a 2nd hand Mini Cooper from a well known East Rand Vehicle Sales company. The car was sold to her as a Mini Cooper S Countryman All4. She decided to trade the vehicle, only to find that it was not the All4 version, but in fact a normal Cooper S Countryman - and that by implication we were R40k out of pocket on trade. After much debate, we managed to get the dealer who sold it to us, to purchase the vehicle back at the settlement figure (as the price sold was overinflated to start). Unfortunately we could not find a car their, and found a superbly clean and well maintained vehicle at Rand Stadium. Steven settled the Mini and did a dealer trade to the East Rand Dealership, and assisted my wife with the finance (got her a super rate too), and they detailed the car (polished and sorted out a few minor scratches), and put on a bow when she collected, and 2 bottles of my wife's favourite wine. All through the process Steven kept my wife and I up to date. True customer service, and I can highly recommend them
