They allowed Avis rent a car to take my car from them.

I bought my car from Avis car sales. The battery was faulty and needed to be replaced. Avis car sales arranged trough Avis rent a car at Bloemfontein airport that i should take my car to Toyota. Toyota never took my details. They told me they had to charge the battery overnight before they can test the battery to determine if the battery needed to be replaced. I phoned Toyota at 09H30 on the 5th of Aug 2017 to find out how far my car is. The lady i spoke to told me they have just ordered a battery and took my number to phone me when the car is done. At 13H00 after not hearing anything from them i phoned Toyota just to find out that Avis rent a car picked up my car from them. When i asked her why she said that I never spoke to her. only after i told them no one is taking responsibility for this mess did they apologize. Who gave them the right to let anyone pick up my car?
