Thekwini Toyota has horrible after purchase customer service.

Thekwini Toyota customer service is only good before your purchase. After buying a vehicle from them, it has been problem after problem. After buying a demo car from them, a few days later it had to go back to their dealership for a few fixes... Njabulo and Sahil had stated my car will arrive in a few minutes only for it to arrive HOURS later and they had stopped taking my calls at some point. It returned and my cellphone holder was missing, it was only brought back a week later no longer functional. The branding stickers were removed but a poor job was done as some residue is left and now my car does not look clean no matter how many times it has been washed. I would not recommend them to new or experienced car owners.
