Market Toyota Culemborg<br> <br> Sent my car for a service at 8am<br> Terrible Service, Disgusted. worst experience for me at toyota.<br> It feels like a bunch of clowns are running the service department.<br> Either that, or as a customer, you do not value me. <br> No respect, no care, nothing. From leaving my car at the service department, to picking it up.<br> <br> No transport provided, i had to walk.<br> I had to make 5 calls to check if my car was ready.<br> At 5pm, the last call was to say, make your own arrangements to pickup your car<br> I stated no, you are supposed to pick me up as it was communicated to me when i arrived.<br> No response afterwards. No one was answering phones<br> <br> I eventually had to walk in the freezing cold to the service center, it looked closed<br> On walking back i got a call from Ismail stating he was waiting for me<br> He said he would pick me up<br> <br> I was tired, carless, so i waited. It was now approaching 7pm, and i could not wait in the dark any longer<br> Eventually, i took a cab to the service center.<br> <br> Ismail blamed the driver. Which is *******<br> At 7:30pm I start my car, and the lights didnt work. The reason why i sent my car for a service.<br> stated on the service document. Useless, ***********, RIPPOFF.
